Calendar Compact (cal-compact.com) is booking software for mobile service operators. This page covers information we collect when you use the website, create an operator account, or book an appointment through an operator's Calendar Compact booking link.
What we collect. Operators provide a business name, contact details, home-base address, service menu, and hours. Customers who book provide a name, phone number, email, service address, and optional access notes. We also store appointment times and related routing data needed to offer nearby slots.
How we use it. We use this information to run the booking link, show feasible appointment times, send confirmations and reminders, and bill operators for the software. We do not sell customer lists.
Site traffic. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and page views. It does not use cookies. It stores anonymized, aggregated data (for example unique visitors per day and which pages were opened). We do not use it to identify you, and we do not sell it.
Mobile information. If you opt in to SMS on the booking form, we use your phone number only to send booking confirmations, day-before reminders, and cancellation notices for that appointment. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing. Carriers and our SMS provider (Twilio) process messages so they can be delivered.
Payments. Operator software subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Job payments between customers and operators happen off this site (for example Square, Venmo, or cash).
Your choices. Reply STOP to cancel booking texts, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. Customers can cancel an appointment from the link in the confirmation. Operators can close their account by emailing support@cal-compact.com. See also the Terms of Use.
